Welcome to MoneyPuzzle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MoneyPuzzle mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoneyPuzzle, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age

MoneyPuzzle is rated 4+ and is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create purchases. If you are a minor, use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian responsible for any billing.

3. Description of Service

MoneyPuzzle is a personal-finance tracking application that helps you record expenses and income, categorize transactions, set goals, and visualize your cashflow. It is a tool for organizing your own financial information.

4. Your Account & Device

• MoneyPuzzle uses device-based access; no account or sign-up is required.
• Your entitlement to premium features is tied to your device and validated with the Apple App Store.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
• Impersonate others or provide false information.

6. Subscriptions

MoneyPuzzle offers premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store, auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled any time in your App Store account settings. Full pricing and renewal terms are shown at purchase; refunds and price changes follow Apple's App Store policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

7. Your Data & Privacy

• You retain full ownership of your financial data.
• Your financial transactions are stored locally on your device and are not stored on our servers.
• We process only minimal device and subscription data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may delete your local data at any time by removing the app.

8. Intellectual Property

MoneyPuzzle, including its name, logo, design, and original content, is owned by Hayk Altunyan (doing business as MoneyPuzzle) and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including the Apple App Store, Google Cloud Platform (hosting), and Google AdMob (advertising). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will be accurate or reliable, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

11. Financial Advice Disclaimer

MoneyPuzzle is a tool for organizing financial information only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for any financial decision. Consult a qualified professional when needed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyPuzzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or financial losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to premium features for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or expiration/cancellation of a subscription. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
